• The samples are securely transported to our partner laboratory for processing.

• Once testing is complete, results are sent to your healthcare provider for review.

- We prioritize your appointment, contacting you immediately to confirm & to arrange a prompt sample collection at your preferred location, whether at home, work, or a doctor's office.
3. Verification:
- Upon arrival, we quickly verify your identity and the details of the STAT lab order to ensure accuracy.
4. Rapid Sample Collection:
- A skilled phlebotomist collects the required samples (blood, urine, etc.) using the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
5. Express Transport and Testing:
- The samples are swiftly transported to our partner laboratory for expedited processing.
6. Immediate Results:
- Once testing is complete, results are quickly sent to your healthcare provider for immediate review and action.

Specimen Pick- Up & Drop-Off
At Gentle Trace Mobile, we offer a convenient specimen drop-off service for those who prefer to collect their samples at home. Here’s how it works:
*Must Book A Pick Up Time & Date*
1. Collection Kit:
- Obtain a collection kit from us or your healthcare provider, complete with all necessary materials and instructions.
2. Sample Collection:
- Follow the provided instructions to safely collect your sample at home.
3. Specimen Pick- Up
- Have your specimen labeled and securely packaged prior to pick up. You will be notified 30 minutes before arrival.
4. Secure Transport:
- We ensure that your specimen is promptly and securely transported to our partner laboratory for processing.
5. Result Delivery:
- Once testing is complete, results are sent directly to your healthcare provider for review.
